Hosted Workshops

I teach hands-on sourdough workshops around town, most frequently at The Pantry in Seattle, BARN on Bainbridge, Oxbow Farm in Carnation. I’ll announce workshops via instagram and the newsletter, but for the most up-to-date info and to purchase tickets, check out hosts’ websites.

Private Workshops

Let’s get together and bake some bread! Private workshops are up to 4 people, 2.5hrs long, super hands-on, and include *lots* of goodies. Every student will go home with:

  • Packet full of recipes, resources, and my favorite techniques

  • Loaf of bread

  • Shaped dough to bake the next day

  • Proofing basket

  • Active starter

  • Bread lame

These classes can be hosted in my home bakery, or in your own kitchen. Base price is $250 for 1-2 people, and $75 per person after that.
